About Us

usacc at a glance:

The U.S. - Angola Chamber of Commerce (USACC) is an independent, non-for-profit, corporate membership organization mandated to promote trade and investment between the United States and the Republic of Angola.

Established in 1990, USACC is comprised of more than seventy-five members from several business and industry sectors playing an important role in the diversification of the Angolan economy.  In 1998, USACC opened a permanent office in Luanda to provide more services in Angola and expand membership.

USACC's goal is to put U.S. businesses at the forefront of Angola's development priorities.  Angola has the potential to be one of Africa's most prosperous countries and, as such provides opportunities for the private sector to invest throughout its economy.  Trade and investment create jobs and provide many other benefits to the citizens of Angola and the United States.

Achieving our mission:

During its more than twenty-five years of existence, USACC has created and maintained key linkages to promote trade, investment and Angolan economic development.

USACC assists members to identify and respond to business opportunities; hosts Angolan officials and private sector representatives visiting the United States; support the development of the Angolan private sector to officials in both governments; keep members informed about changes in laws, regulations, policy and economic conditions; organize trade & investment seminars in Angola and the United States.  USACC also assists members to obtain visas and document authentication for Angola.
